Anyone else that I know here like Hitch hiker's Guide? I'm going to go see the movie. I like the idea of going with towels. lol! (Don't even ask, if you've read the book, you'll know)
Aside from being on this board, that book is the greatest thing to drive you randomly insane. Combine Hitchhiker's Guide with sugar, Monty Python, friends, Mountain dew, late nights, gummi worms/bears, LotR, intelligence, and... you don't want to see the result. It's pretty ugly.[/glow]

If you have read half the boards, it's obvious many others like hitchhiker's guide. Personally I haven't, but it seems good. whose the author?

[glow] That is where the towel plan was mentioned. though, like she said if you haven't read the books, that don't make sense. (like me, I don't understand it, but I haven't read the book) PS: I still am too lazy to look that up on the internet. |

I've got the Holy Grail on DVD (well, my dad does) and it's got all these extras, like subtitles for people who don't like the film, or lessons on how to imitate horse feet with coconuts.... LOL!

i haven't seen the holy grail. I have seen one episode/movie/branch/murder of monty python and I did not find it too funny. In fact like 3/4 of it had to be fast forwarded over cause it wasn't school appropriate. for those who are curious which it is, I think it may be the one with the lumberjack song.
