It was a book!!! Oh boy, I wonder Mom will let me read it. HAte to ell you this Flight, but Elecktra is supposed to have a ton of cussinf in it too. I want to go see it, to see ohow close they stuck to the actual story. Not that I've read it, but i'm working on that. I think we need to go on another comic book raid at B&N.

[glow=white,9,900]I Robot the book is probably more clean than the movie. I think it has the D word in it once, but what can you say when a hoarde of evil robots is chasing you with lazer guns and trying to hack your body into little tiny pieces so that no one will ever be able to identify you and find out that it was they who were really the one's behind Dr. SLoth's maniacle plan and not Zhaphod Beeblebrox?[/glow]

I actally knew it was a book, my cousin read it shortly after the movie came out.
The kid who always swore and was told to shut up was Shia Lebouf (the actor not character). That is what surprised me most about the swearing where so much came from him.
I don't have enough time to read a book now though, either you could see a serious drop in my activeness or I won't read, but I don't feel like reading.

We watched it! i loved it! We have tvguardian! All(or most) swearing is muted and then captions on the bottom type what they're saying without the swear word or a better word to replace the cussing. I thought that Will Smith might be a robot because it's called I,Robot and I heard something about his left arm being mechanical(sp?). I was so focused on that, that I totally forgot about V.I.K.I! I mean like I usually figure out the ending, but not this time. That's probably one reason I liked it, I was actually surprised! But I liked it because it was not that romantic, more like "our lives our in danger, let's stick together!"

I thought that Will Smith was a robot too, but I don't have a tvguardian (wish we did). Besides, I've seen it once in theatres.
I love movies that subtlely set up to where most viewers think they know what is going to happen, and it turns out that they have put even more subtle clues in a totally different direction.

I think Eowyn has been reading a little too much hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy! Other then that, i don't know what he has to do with it, other then that the comment: "Do you ever have a normal day?" "Yeah. Once. It was a Thursday." Is a reference to how Arthur Dent never could get the hang of Thursdays and the Earth is destroyed on Thursday.

This seems to be the popular book. It is currently being discussed on other threads.
