the stuff you put on it isn't exactly caramel, you use karo syrup, water, sugar and butter. You melt them all together and cook it for a while, then you dump it on your unbuttered, unsalted popcorn, stir it in, and wait for it to cool. It is good. Haven't you ever had a popcorn ball?

the strangest color of caramel popcorn I've had was when we tried to make purple using blue and red...it looked more blackish...no one was eating it...they were all eating the green stuff...oh well, there was more for me...

green stuff? fluffy green stuff? The stuff that tries to run and hide when it knows you want to eat it?

I've got a few stuffs like that in the back fridge....no one dares open it....we made funeral potatoes (potatoes mixed with cream of chicken and cheese and a few other things) and the main fridge was full, so we put it back there.....at least 2-3 yrs ago....I think there's soup that was forgotten about as well......I'm afraid to upset the monster back there.......

lol. Maybe the monster ate it all. Or maybe it turned into a second monster... A whole family of monsters living in your fridge.... together with gnomes, of course...

There must be quite a lot of mold and stench in your 'fridge.

that might be just the perfect way of keeping people behaving nice: threaten them to clean out something really nasty.
