I think Faramir would have been a cool big bro too, just think how different things would have been if he had been the older one.

What about having pippin as an older bro imagin the mischeif you could have, stealing your neighbors veggies, looking at dark spheres of power, and lighting signal fires for a very white wizard who happend to have been one of the lesser Valar

That would be an interesting family. Flight and Jed in the same house just wouldn't work. Although then she would have been able to make sure he memorized his lines.
