Hey, what did ya'll think of the Mouth of Sauron? I found him rather comical. And I loved Aragorn's first reaction to him. Doesn't he have a charming grin?

I thought he was cool, but I'm mad that Sam's Song wasn't in it!  And all those Shire scenes! Gone, gone with a stab of the knife from Grima and a direct arrow from Legolas! All that future scoping from Galadriel for nothing. But I did like the Faramir and Eowyn interactions. And PJ's appearance was funny. |

The Mirror of Galadriel scene was a tribute to the SotS, but the LOTR people felt that including the SotS would a) be anticlimactic and b) they had decided early on that they were going to focus on Frodo and the journey of the Ring. So SotS was cut out for the same reason as Tom Bombadil (besides the fact I would probably leave harrassing messages on PJ's answering machine, particularly ones of me singing, and you haven't heard caterwalling until you've heard me sing off key heh heh heh). I miss both scenes though, but I don't think even the MadElf could sit in a theater seat through a four hour movie.
Grrrr, EVIL PotD. I keep getting killed, I think I'll go through as Aragorn next time, just to get the hang of it. Or maybe I'll level Leggy up playing Co-op mode with my brother.

No Marille, they haven't heard caterwalling till they've heard you sing the Hawksong song off key, and out of tune, and way to loudly. I know you did that on purpose, but you could have spared me the demo.
However, Marille does randomly burst into TB's song at odd moments.

Believe me ELF you missed allot when you missed the real rendition of M(Walnuts) version of hawksong, I bout died of ear ach and laughing at the same time...I really did like the MofS I mean his grin was repulsivly compelling

The one thing about the EE that upset me is that they cut out some of the E/F scene. It was still sweet though. YOu know what PJ needs to come out with? A deleted scenes disk. All the scenes that they shot but never made it into the movie could be put into one disk, (they can cut out the Arwen in Helm's deep stuff) or two, and sell it. That would be SO awesome, then the true LOTr freaks could have alot of their favorite scenes. I'm a genious.

could you imagine the problems PJ would have had if he did include Arwen in Helm's Deep. It's bad enough he killed Haldir, but that would have been a catastrophe!!
