Of course Rivedell (Imladris) with the Elves! In fact some of us on other groups are trying to develop a real Rivendell community! - Except I don't know if the buildings will get built right away. That could get expensive!
There is also a group in New Zealand that has talked about developing a Rivendell community there, only most of the members live in Canada!
