So you saw the ROTK EE pics too, aren't they awesome? I especially liked the one of Eowyn. And the "Drinking game" pics. Is it possible for an Elf to get drunk? I don't think so. What about you. I think when you pitted all the races of Middle-earth up against each other in a drinking game the Hobbits and Men would fall first, then the dwarves, and then the elves.

[glow=purple, 2,300] I think that drinking would effect Elves too. They don't get sick, but that doesn't mean that they can't get drunk! So, Elves may fall first, because they are unused to drinking the same stuff, and the same amount, as other people are. I know that Elves have mead, and wines, and things like that, but they probably don't drink as, umm, profusely I guess, as Dwarves and Hobbits do. I think that Elves would fall first, then men, and then I don't know if the dwarves or the Hobbits would come next. In ROTK, in the scene when the Hobbits are dancing on the table singing about the Green Dragon, the scene switches to Aragorn and Gandalf talking, but you can hear Pipin say in the background, "I win!." And just befor the scene changes, you can see Merry drinking and almost falling over. lol!!
Check out the other sites I had linked. [/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300] Hey, does anyone know when the extended edition is coming out? I have heard several dates, but they all contradicted each other. (By the way, Marillë, on your main site, in the little side bar on the right you talk about an Elven maid. You spelled maid wrong. MaID not maDE. lol! lol! [/glow]

[glow=silver,2,300]I beg to differ Eowyn. Legolas is used to drinking, he comes to Mirkwood afterall. It talks about the Elves drinking in The Hobbit. I mean, back then they probably didn't drink water and for some reasons Elves having tea just doesn't sound right, of coffee for that matter. I think perhaps Legolas didn't joing in the game, 'cause he looked way too sober during his "the stars a veiled" scene. Oh and on CoE people wanted to see the scene most because they wanted to see your "brother" drunk. And they said he was actually smiling. I for one don't understand why people swoon over your bro and Leggy, but not over your "husband" who, I think, is equally as hot. [/glow]

[glow=white,2,300]Elves did drink water. WHen the Elves were first born (no pun intended) they didn't know how to make wine etc. They had to drink water. Or, as was done in Bible times, they would put some wine into the water to purify it, if the water was bad that is. I know that Elves drink wine, because there are songs that talk about the Mead of Varda (I think it was varda) and wine and I'm not sure about ale. But what I mean about Elves falling first, is that their bodies may be unaccustomed to large quantities of alchohol. And they would have seen no need for having a drinking contest, because they are Elves and that's not their thing. They may have had tea, but I don't know.
I personally think that Aragorn is cooler than Leggy. "Pretty Boy Bloom" just doesn't appeal to me. But, go to the character discussions, I'm making a new poll you might like. [/glow]

[glow=silver,2,300]"Pretty boy bloom" doesn't quite appeal to me either, but I'm like our friend Marillë, I have a certain loyalty for him from the books. [/glow]

There is a section with all the fanclub member's name's. When you sign up, near the bottom of the sign up page is a place for you to type in a code. Type in this code. 204718-JLR-VU Thank you.

[glow=silver,9,900] YOur right. Randomness does cause pain, especially when you've done a minutes worth of push-ups and then you start laughing, which uses those muscles. Or sneezing. And then you fall on the floor and start rolling. And because your laughing so hard while your rolling on the floor you don't see the table leg and you run into it. And termites were in the table leg, so you break it and it falls on your head. That doesn't sound fun. [/glow]
