Sounds good. I have no idea what they're serving in the cafeteria tonight. About all i have to cook is a frozen pizza....wait...I have stuff for funeral potatoes (cream of chicken soup, potatoes, cheese, and bacon all mixed together and baked in the over...tis amazing).

There are like a million different ways to make it.
Just put as much cheese, potatoes, bacon, and cream of chicken as you want. Some people even add sour cream to it or put cornflakes on top.

I don't know about the cornflakes, but sour cream is always good.
now that I have a little oven, I can bake anything i like.

Sweet. Just shread the potatoes (I guess you could cut them however you wish...). I normally shread them like you do cheese. We bake them at like 350-400 degrees F until the potatoes are done (I use frozen potatoes so to me that means when it's hot all the way through).

Ooh I'm definitely making them when I get back home! I googled some recipes, and they all sound good. Now I just have to convert all the measurements...

You're smart. You can manage. Wait are those potatoes actually called funeral potatoes? I don't think I've ever seen an actual recipe for them...

well, it says things like 'a cup of ...' and 'a tub of ..." so I guess I'll just have to mix and match.
One more question: Cream of chicken, is that some sort of soup? or more of a ragout?

It's a type of soup. . Don't worry, the recipe doesn't have to be exact if that helps at all.

Good Because I'm not good with exact measurements. But tonight we're doing cheese fondue.

Tastes good, too.
We had friends over, and they liked it as well.

The fondue?
I need to think of new things to make.
What's something quick and easy to cook?

dice chicken filet, and bake it with diced red pepper, some spring onions and a few drops of ketjap manis. Serve with rice. That's what we're eating tonight.
