that's a pity. You can even create your own amusement park scenario, set goals etc. so others (and yourself) can play them!
I just heard someone got shot at a shopping centre I regularly visit.... :S

yeah. It happened around 6 PM, and it was really crowded at the shops... my mom went to the library and is now (finally) going to read Harry Potter 6. She wanted the Dutch version, and I refuse to buy anything that is not in English

rofl.
Do you read books that are originally written in Dutch? or the English translation?

Those I read in Dutch. E.g. Children of Mother Earth (Kinderen van Moeder Aarde) was written by a Dutch woman, so I read it in Dutch. So yeah, I occasionally buy Dutch books. About 10% of my book collection is in my native language, the rest is English.

Well, I speak Dutch, English and a bit of French. But at the school I will be attending next fall I'll learn Spanish as well. English is another language I'll be taking, because I need either English, German or French. My French isn't good enough, and German.... let's not talk about that Chinese is really challenging, especially with all those intonations and different meanings of the same words...

Everyone says it is very similar to Dutch, and easy to understand if you speak Dutch, but I just can't understand a word of it. I'm strange, I know, since I'm able to pick up Spanish and French in no time... Garfield in Spanish is fun! Plus, I think German sounds ugly... non-Dutch/German speakers would probably think it sounds exactly like Dutch, but I hear major differences. Now that my sister and I are in the same group with ballet, my teacher can no longer call us by our last name if we're doing something weird. (We'd both pretend it was the other one she was referring to ) Now she found a solution: I'm Old Cheese, my sis is Young Cheese (most of us have weird food-related nicknames ) Our last name starts with a K (Cheese is Kaas in Dutch, that's why). There is also a 'Melon' and a 'Broccoli' We're a strange bunch! ;D

lol....that's awesome.
I found out something kinda depressing today (4/4). "Four" means "Death" in Korean. That's probably not how you spell it, but it's how you pronounce it. A foreign exchange student told me that today. It kinda depressed me to know that it was 4/4.

Oh my, MTV is broadcasting this 'sweet sixteen' marathon, and the way those girls are behaving..... Their parents are paying for a 500 grant party, and all they do is whine! One girl went on vacation without telling her parents (she was still 15!!!) and afterwards when she didn't get the car she was promised for her birthday, she started crying, saying her parents were mean..... I wanted to yell at her... :S

A new Dutch princess was born today!! Just about an hour ago, actually! My sister and i had already predicted it would be another girl. I think her name will be something with an L, maybe Laetitia. My mom thinks a name starting with an A. The other princesses are called Amalia and Alexia. We'll have to wait a couple of days before they announce the name, though....
