We haven't really started learning anything yet in my classes (considering I've only had one class period for each class, lol).

Next semester I get quite a few new classes, hopefully they will be not totally boring.

I think I'll have time to be bored in my classes. They all seem to hard, lol.

I get some sort of Linguistics, so that should be fun, but I can't remember for the life of me what other courses I signed up for

Is there somewhere you can look it up?

I can ask at the front desk, they are always really nice, and they have everyone's data. But I should have a print out of my course list somewhere....

Here, if you want a printout of your courses you pretty much have to do it yourself or ask for it....then again we register and everything online so it's not too complicated.

well, we could register online (year 2 and up), but if you wanted anything other that the standard course, you had to go to school...

There are a variety of ways to register here. I think it's easiest to do it online, but you can also register through the START center (mainly for Freshmen who don't know what their doing, but they are general academic advising) or even the registrar's office, I believe.

Sweet!
How far is your home in the Netherlands from your house in Belgium? Is it very far?

About 4 to 5 hours, door to door. Off course, when the trains are cancelled, it takes longer. And yes, Belgium likes to cancel trains By car, you get here much faster, but parking is a disaster. Wednesday I'm going to my parents again

I can make a round trip by car in that amount of time (unless there's a blizzard or something in the canyon, then I slow down so I don't, uh, die). There is no public transportation back home. The railroad does go through it, but it's mostly for coal and there's no station. There's plenty of parking at my house.
Sweet! Have fun!

Thanks! But I do have to go back home to Belgium a bit earlier than planned, because I have to write a paper, and I can't take my pc with me.
