[glow=silver,9,900] Hey everybody, I thought it'd be nice for the newbies, and even us vetereans if there was somewhere that we had all our inside jokes. Let me know if I left anything out. I have taken a little author's liberty, if anyone feels I have portrayed them offensively, let me know.
The Story of The Red Pencil (For the complete version of this story check out pages 8 and 9 of the Everything board)
Once upon a time, in the Forums of Folly, Eruiwen discovered that she had lost all of her red pencils. "Oh, the horror." Eruiwen lamented on the forums. "How can you draw without a red pencil?" "It's inhumane." replied ElondraEven*. "You are right." continued Eruiwen. "I have yellow, blue, pink, and every color in between. But no red." And so she set out on the (in a deep resonating voice) Quest of The Red Pencil! Her journey took her to the Supermarket of Silliness, where red pencils abound. There she fulfilled the desire of her heart and taking up her shiny, new red pencil she drew a dragon. And all the labd rejoiced, for Eruiwen had found her red pencil. The End.

[glow=silver,9,900] The Day Marille Lost Her Insanity The full version is found in Music (LotR and non-LotR) pages 8-9
It started out as an innocent conversation. Marille had just finished looking up insane in the dictionary. she found it to mean... "Mad; senseless; not sane." Duh she thought. Eruiwen was inspired by Marille and decided to go look up insane in her own dictionary. She came up with... "Insane: Mentally Ill, extremelly unreasonable. " She closed the dictionary. "Hmm," she wondered. "I wonder which one I am. Perhaps mentally ill." "No, my dear," said a little voice in her head. " You are extremely unreasonable." And so Eruiwen shouted... "I am UNREASONABLE!!!" Marille, who somehow saw the whole thing, agreed with her in the language of 11th century England. "Thou soundest unreasonable." She said. "Very unreasonable indeed..." Eruiwen was not particularyly happy with this comment and so she picked up her (weird, dramatic voice) Funnyyyyy Hammerrrr, and threatened, and brandished it above her head. Marille seeing this decided it was best to stop talking, a nearly impossible task. "You cannot deny my reasonabilty. I will not let you!!!" Eruiwen said, getting increasingly distressed, to put it mildly. "I have a funny hammer and I know how to use it." She said, holding it with the nail prying part pointed to toward our poor founder. "No!!!" Marille begged. "Pleeeeaseee, turn it around! Turn it around!!!! AAAAAAAH!!! Oh won't somebody save me?" "Where is Superman when we needs him." The little person in Marille's head wondered. "By the way preciousssss, you are having waaaaayyy to much funssss." "Now really isn't a good time, be quiet." Marille said. "Please, don't hurt me. You are the one who said it first." This only agitated Eruiwen more. Luckily for Marille, the little voices in Eruiwen's head were bothering her too. "No!" She shouted, now completely beyond the help of Insanity. "I am NOT unreasonable!!!" Suddenly.... "Yes, my dear, you are." said one voice. "You are very unreasonable." said another. "NOOOOOOO!!!!" Eruiwen said, trying to escape the voices in her head. "Who was that?" Marille said, trembling, for the voices had been very loud. "Erui? Erui, please come back! Or at least leave me your hammer to defend myself with." Erui, ever considerate of other insane ones, threw the hammer behind as she ran madly. Alas, the hammer hit poor Marille in the head. She fell to the ground in a lifeless heap. But, oh happy day, a few minutes later she roused. "Hello? Where am I? What's going on?" Oh, day of woe, all the insanity had been knock out of her. She wandered around for several hours, trying to discover what was going on. Everyone she met seemed to know her and slowly she remebered who they were. But she was unable to regain her insanity. But then she stumbled upon Eowyn, the good fairy. "Oh you poor thing," Eowyn said. "I give you back you insanity, for you will never survive here without it." And with that Marille was returned to her previous insane state, though she was much wiser. And everyone in the Forum Forest Lived Happily Ever After . THe End [/glow]
