i noticed that. if i find a guy who is a LOTR obsessor i think it is strange. I mean (made up stastic) 9:10 LOTR fans are girls in my experience, and that isn't counting those who only obsess cause it has orlando bloom in it.

I think girls read more then boys, if they read at all, so they have more of a chance to find Tolkien the boys.

[glow=white,2,300]Girls I think sometiems read more, especially fantasy and fairy tales, because they are more sensitive. (They use the right side of the brain more than guys do, and that side controlls emotions and poetry, music, etc.) So, the girls who have issues with finding good friends, read to find friends. They sometimes want life to be a fairytale world too. In Middle School I was very, ummm, different from everyone else. I was smart, and had a little more common sense than most people, and I had been homeschooled so i held Christian values high (and still do). I was different, I didn't have many friends until highschool. I had two friends in middle school who are still my friends, and about four others outside of school taht are still my friends. When I got into highschool, changed churches, and met TheDancingElf everything changed. I got to know Marillë and her crazy-homeschooled-smart-LotRloving group of friends, and found good friends at school, and at church. But until then, books were my friends. I'd stay up until 1am every night (even school nights) reading. oh, those were the days...[/glow]

[glow=silver,9,900] I do have to mention that there is a difference between LOTR freaks and Orlando' fan girls. I know alot of guys who like LOTR. In fact I think most of the people I hang around at co-op like LOTR. Um, is there any one there that doesn't? [/glow]

Did anyone see Orlie and Kirsten Dunst give that award at the Oscars? I cannot see them in Elizabethtown together!!!!! What's the world coming to? Just putting two actors together because they're popular? Prove me wrong Elizabethtown and show we they can work good together or else this movie will rely soley on devoted fans to watch it.

Yes, she commands whole legions of spiders! Hey, Mossolbegnaro, if you always have spiders in your room, I think I've found the solution!

she knows i don't like spiders much, so her army stays out of the room, but can't say the same for the bathroom (especially during summer)...
Shelob is nice enough that she is the only spider I like.
