All the bookshops I've been in the last weeks (and that is quite an impressive number:D) had the book in one form or another... You really must be getting into the wrong stores... That always happens to me, too.... Right now I am on a quest to find a few books, and none of them are available!

what books you looking for? i probably have never heard of them, but hey, why not ask anyways..........
How many books do you own? I check most of the books I read out of a library, to me it sounds like to buy most of the books you read.

I buy a lot of books, that's true... my library doesn't have that much English fantasy (read: practically nothing) I am still looking for 3 books by Robin Hobb, Abhorsen by Nix and some others I forgot for the moment.
And how many books I own? *goes over to book shelves and starts counting*
38 English books (mostly fantasy), and 22 Dutch books. Then there is a gigantic pile of books I used to read when I was 13,14. But those are stored in the attic.

hmmm....I'm too lazy to count all my books, they are all in english except for the spanish dictionary and the math book.. I have a whole shelf of them (ok, so it's the top of my dresser and I pray each day so that they won't fall off, but they have come close, I need some bookends really bad, but enough CDs it holds books)

[glow=white,2,300]A cardigan, as you have now figured out, is a sweater, usually button-up. I have a blue one somewhere, it is sooooo soft.
I read HHG, it was great. Adams is very droll. lol! British humor is great. There are four books to the "trilogy". lol!
Books on my bookshelf, I haven't counted lately, but I had over 200 a couple of years ago, and that shelf is full with books slid sideways on top of other books. I have a bout 10 books on my bed that I have nowhere to put, a bunch in a box, I'm gonna build a bookshel to put on the side of my other bookcase, to make storage more efficient. My dad was an English teacher, so he's got a zillion books in his "office" (our computer room) and in his bedroom. If you'll remind me I'll count them all, when I'm not feeling to lazy to run around and find them all. But it sounds like an ambitious goal. I'll have to report back to you on that. [/glow]

dang.......yeah english teachers seem to have millions of books....where they get them from is still yet to be discovered.........
actually, once you take all my HP books off of my shelf (dresser top, your choice) it looks quite empty.....I think we might have 200 books if you put all of our books from our entire house together....although, i'm the biggerest reader at my house......

"So long and thanks for all the fish..."
lol! I love that son, I've been sining it for hte past three days, which was when I saw it, three days ago. I think I like the books better, because half the fun is in his writing style. But it was cute, the guy who did Zaphod (Somebody Rockwell) was great. He played Guy in Galaxy Quest.
:Hey, I've got an idea..." SMACK!
