No.... Prom is something typically american... But I once had this theme-party, where all the girls wore nice dresses and the guys were in tuxedos... I was wearing high heels, and I remember my feet were killing me only halfway through the evening... :S

*...now that prom season is over...* It was cancelled for the dumb reason that they didn't have enough people. So, they merged with a public prom held Across The Water, but they jacked up the ticket price, and my friends didn't want to go, so I didn't want to go by myself. Bummer, right?  I guess my dress will just have to hang in my closet until next year...  |
