Awesome!
So why'd you decide to go to Belgium rather than stayin in the netherlands?

Money is #1. Schools in Belgium are soooo much cheaper than in NL! One year in Holland could finance over three years here. Also, living in a studentflat/room/apartment is about 50% cheaper. Plus we don't really have this type of school in holland, the only one is in a city I don't really like, and when I went to take a look at the school, none of the teachers could give me a reason why I should pick their school. It didn't convince me to apply And my new school has loads of nice students and teachers

Fun. I received a lot of scholarships or I would not have been attending the school I am. It's the most expensive in the state.
Though I guess schools in the Western US are a lot cheaper than in the Eastern US...

It's quite funny for us Dutch people. All the Belgian students are complaining about the tuition fees etc, that it's way too expensive. And we just laugh because we think it's so cheap...

About how much is it there?

€530 a year. Which would make about 750 dollars.
My cd-player no longer works... It just spins the disc for a bit, and then stops. Now I need to play my music via my pc.

*Jaw hits floor* I think the cheapest two year colleges aren't quite that cheap (at least in Utah). My tuition alone is like $22000........that doesn't include room and board....
Try buying a CD player cleaner. Run it through your CD player. Here they are only like $10-15.

Hmz, a cd-palyer-cleaner. Good idea, why didn't I think of that? I'm free this afternoon, might as well take the tram to the shops and buy one!

Smart idea. Might do that as well... Feeling a bit tired since my neighbour got home at 4 AM and woke me up by slamming his door. Several times.

How rude!
I hate it when the people above us are loud late at night. Though usually it takes a lot to wake me up...it's more while I'm trying to go to sleep or don't feel like going to bed...

I really had no clue Dumbledore might've been gay. I have no problem with it, but I don't think it serves a purpose in the story.

That's probably why it didn't come out in the story....
I do....it's a children's book for crying out loud. Sexual orientation should not be mentioned (which I'm glad it didn't, she just answered a question). I don't really have a problem with homosexuals, it doesn't bother me who they want to kiss, but Dumbledore! Ok so maybe I am a homophobe, but I'm trying to be tolerant of people different than me.

That's exactly my point, why Dumbledore? It's a good thing it wasn't in the books, it would complicate matters to no end. Oh well, in my little world, Potter still looks like I thought he did before the movies, and Dumbledore's past is unknown...

I really didn't like Dumby after reading DH. I mean I realized he wasn't perfect, but something was weird about him and I just didn't like him that much. He was my fave char up until the end of HBP, but during DH I just liked him less and less.
