No, but my roommate has, and she said it was cool, too. Because of the school tuition and rent, cinema (and loads of other fun stuff) has been put on hold. But we've got a lot of series and movies on DVD, so we won't get bored.

Yay!
Well, I paid like $1.75 to see it, lol. Almost any budget can afford a dollar for a movie. Multiple movies on the other hand.......
Have you seen the Ultimate Gift? It's not a new movie, but it's an amazing movie.

I haven't seen it.
A cinema ticket over here costs €5.80 (7.90 dollars) if you are a student, and €8.90 (12 dollars) for a normal ticket. They keep raising the prices...

It's the same here. When movies first come out, they cost $7-9, depending on the theatre. I'm not sure if students get discounts; it depends on the theatre, I guess. I hate the rising prices. There's a theatre close to where I live that costs $1 for Mon-Thurs matinees. The most expensive ticket is night showings on weekends and those are $1.75. The movies there are either already out on video or close to coming out on video. (Alvin and the chipmunks was there for like 2 weeks after it came out on video). The Mummy 3 just got there and its release day was like the beginning of August.

I want a theater like that!! Tonight they're showing 'Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulin' at school, a French movie. I think I'll go, I haven't got any more homework to do today.

I love the dollar movie. Nice way to see movies on a limited budget.

I went to see Twilight last Wednesday. It made my friend in Holland insanely jealous, because over there the movie won't come out until December 4th They are filming Nem Moon as well!!! Whooo!!! Did you read Midnight Sun? It's on Stephenie Meyers's website. It's really cool to see thingsd from Edwar's perspective.

Yeah, I just finished it (Midnight Sun).
I'm excited about New Moon.
It's better than the UK...it don't come out until the 13th there. I have some friends on another site that are anxiously awaiting it.

Haha, I got at least 5 other people addicted to Twilight Quick question: Who'd you rather be: Alice or Bella (at the end of Breaking Dawn)?

Alice has a funner personality, so I'd have to say her.
I was totally rooting for Jacob. I knew he didn't stand a chance, but I was still rooting for him.

It was soo sad to see Jacob get hurt over and over again... He is so cute and kind, and his heart gets mangled throughout the series. But I think Renesmee and Jacob will be great together. They only have to wait about 6 more years I'd prefer to be Alice, too, because she and Jasper do not go through all the drama that Bella and Edward went through. And Jasper is cute, too But making your family and friends think you've abandoned them... outch. That's difficult.

I know. I couldn't believe it. I trusted Bella's judgement she did it for a reason though. Alice is too hunky dory happy to just abandon her family.
Jasper is ok. Alice is probably my fave Cullen though.

I was really hoping Alice had a reason, but I couldn't think of one (until I read Bella's ideas). I loved the part where Alice keeps nagging Edward that she wants to meet Bella the Alice parts are all funny
